Final Sale Policy

All sales made through Gems by Ems are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, except in the case of damaged or defective items as outlined below. Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified, canceled, or exchanged. Please ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed your order before submitting it.

 

Order Processing and Shipping

Orders are processed within 3 business days. Shipping is handled by USPS, with an estimated delivery time of 2-5 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on USPS’s schedule and handling, and Gems by Ems is not responsible for any shipping delays.

 

We provide tracking information for all orders once they are shipped. It is the customer's responsibility to monitor their package using the provided tracking number. Gems by Ems is not liable for lost or stolen packages once they have been shipped. Any issues with delivery must be resolved with USPS directly.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 3 days of receiving the order. Your email should include an image of the damaged or defective item, your order number, first and last name, and phone number. We will reach out to you within 72 hours regarding your concerns. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and returned to us in the condition you received it. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Gems by Ems reserves the right to refuse any exchange if the product appears used or does not meet the criteria outlined.

 

Jewelry Care

We encourage our customers to follow proper care instructions for each piece of jewelry. Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, lotions, or water can affect the longevity of the item. Gems by Ems is not responsible for damage caused by improper care or general wear and tear after the item has been received.

 

Promotions and Price Adjustments

Gems by Ems does not offer price matching or post-purchase price adjustments. Any promotions or discounts must be applied at the time of purchase and cannot be applied to previous orders.

 

Shipping Fees

Customers are responsible for paying all shipping costs, including return shipping for eligible exchanges. Shipping fees are non-refundable under any circumstances, including when the item is returned or refused upon delivery.
 

Incorrect Address

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. Gems by Ems is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping fees to resend the package.

By placing an order with Gems by Ems, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to all terms and conditions stated here. These policies are subject to change without notice, and it is your responsibility to review them before making a purchase.
